Reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement and the provisions of the Privacy Policy of ILC/BTC WALLET are requirements for the App to grant Users the right to visit, read, transact, process payments, or interact in any other way. By visiting and/or using ILC/BTC WALLET, Users acknowledge that all Terms and Conditions of Use and the provisions of the Privacy Policy have been read and interpreted correctly by the User directly. Any and all agreements, representations, promises, warranties, actions or statements by the User that differ in any way from this agreement shall be given no force or effect.
By viewing, visiting, using, transacting payments on behalf of, or by interacting with ILC/BTC WALLET as a reseller, intermediary, affiliate, customer, merchant service provider, publisher, advertiser or any interaction whatsoever you are agreeing to all the provisions of this Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of this App. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all changes and/or additional policies incorporated by ILC/BTC WALLET to stated policies in future.

Visitor agrees as a condition of viewing, that any communication between Visitor and App is deemed a submission. All submissions, including portions thereof, graphics contained thereon, or any of the content of the submission, shall become the exclusive property of the App and may be used, without further permission, for commercial use without additional consideration of any kind. Visitor agrees to only communicate that information to the App, which it wishes to forever allow the App to use in any manner as it sees fit.
ILC/BTC WALLET does not track its Viewers nor their earnings nor usage; doing so would violate the user’s trade secrets and confidential or proprietary information.
